Multilingual Client Liaison: Hiring for Two Openings
Job description
Great job for retirees, care-givers and parents and guardians with children in school.
As a Client Liaison, you are an integral part of our Food Pantry Team.
In this role, you are the first team member to greet our clients and help them navigate the intake process.
Requirements and Skills: We are seeking two (2) bilingual members of the community who speak English and Haitian Creole, and English and Spanish. A love for our community and a desire to help others is a must. Being a kind and patient person is key. The ability to train on our client intake software and operate a computer and iPad, as well as Microsoft Word, is essential to this role. All team members also help maintain our clean facility.
Hours:
Tuesday and Thursday, 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM
Wednesday 12 PM to 3 PM
Wages: Starting at $16.00 / hour.
Training: Two- to three-week period includes training in the food pantry. All team members support our food programs and day-to-day operations to better serve our neighbors.
